The staff and doctor were very attentive and knowledgeable. The eye exam was incredible, they have all the state of the art equipment. I needed glasses and the the General Manager Bobby Folgo assisted me and was awesome. He took the time to show me all the glasses that fit my style and that were in my price range. He made me feel comfortable with his caring personality. I would highly recommend OPTX to my family and friends.

I have worn eye glasses since kindergarten. Without question, OPTX RI has provided me and my Family with the most exceptional experience we have ever had for our eyeglass needs. From the moment we walk in the door, we are greeted by an extremely friendly office staff. There is never a long wait and every optician exudes courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge of their field. The vast selection of eyeglass frames ranges from basic/conservative up to styles that one would normally see in a high fashion magazine. I have gotten to know the staff over the years and I can say, without hesitation, that they are simply the best. My family and I look forward to continued busines width OPTX RI. I would highly recommend that anyone with optical needs who has not visited OPTX RI do so and see for themselves why they have raised the bar with regard to eye health and eye wear. OPTIX staff and product lines are amazing. The customer service is outstanding from start to finish. They stock something for everyone. I would recommend to all my family and friends with confidence.

The experience at Optx starts as soon as you walk through the doors- it is beautiful, well merchandise and looks high end. Everyone from the receptionists to the salespeople to the doctors are professional , kind and understanding. Dr. Diamante has performed two cataract surgeries on me that went perfectly smooth. I love shopping here because of the great selection and service. Bob Folgo and his team always help me find the perfect glasses!
