The Furniture Depot

This place is incredibly awesome! The prices have no match. I have shopped around through the whole state before looking for great service and prices. Once I discovered the furniture depots outlets. I became a customer or life. I usually get new furniture to renovate my home almost on a yearly basis and when the staff at the depot see me come in I am greeted by my first name! This people make me feel like I matter not just like another buyer and that’s that. They take the time to know customers needs. I am very picky and my style is always a challenge to satisfy and they have it all and then some. If they don’t have it they have catalogs to order from and if you have a vision of an specific furniture piece for you space they would call their worldwide suppliers and make it happen for the customer. Absolutely love this place specially because they finance my purchases with no interest charges whatsoever for 18 months. Got my entire family hooked up with the furniture depots. PS: sometimes I have emergency furniture needs and they bring it to my house the same day by their great delivery guys. Same day delivery++++!

I recently bought a dresser from this store, very nice for my bedroom. I accidentally got make up on it that I could not get off. I did not get a warranty on it unfortunately, but I called the store and they sent a technician over. Jamie came and fixed it for me! It's like brand new, I love it. He did a great job, amazing customer service!

The furniture is in great condition and brand new, but you have to pay extra for delivery if you don't live close by...

I called all day for the last 2 days and NO ONE ever picks up. Honestly my personal opinion the service literally sucks. To each their own and I called the one in Pawtucket as well and NO ONE could help me and I called the one in warwick and NO ONE answers. I will give it 1 week before I talk with my attorney.
