Before I started coming here, I hadn't worked out in about 4 years. I was so intimidated. My bf and I did a trial class with Aaron and it was amazing. It wasn't scary at all, everyone is super nice and encouraging. With the plan we signed up for, we can sign up for as many classes as we want and with their app it's super easy. I love being able to track my progress as well.
I love all the girls & guys Emily & her crew that greet us each day! They always have a big smile and a warm hello! The coaches Aaron, Ellisse, and Gerard are very encouraging, helpful, and protective of us all! They are quick to correct our form on the weight floor so we don’t get injured! I appreciate that! Love them all!
Emily is gem. All of the coaches are fantastic but I have to say, Elisse is exceptionally fantastic. If you’re a new comer, I would recommend her class for an intro. She is high energy and very encouraging. Trevor is excellent too; he always has a great playlist if you’re looking for a pump up. If you take the time to engage with other people, I’ve found most all members are quite friendly.
It's a live place. The workouts are the best I have ever got. The coach are very enthusiastic and group you workout with is a very active bunch too!! The memberships cost 149 for unlimited classes. On the expensive side but very effective. Your heart rate is monitored live on a big screen! They have shower and lockbox free for your the duration of your class.
Love coming here to workout! The staff are amazing and go out of their way to help people reach their fitness goals.
I am a personal trainer myself and have always done resistance training alone, never group classes. Orange theory is a really fun way for me to get a very high intensity workout. I would never usually be able to push myself as hard as I do in orange theory when trying to do HIIT workouts by myself at the gym. It is very expensive however, but I make it work since I want to prioritize my health. As a trainer the best part for me probably is all of the data you get after the workouts, more than just splat points. I like it aspect a lot because it helps me track my improve and athleticism!
The OTF staff are super friendly and supportive, and the coaches are amazing. The music and the rotation through the different equipment makes it a well-rounded workout that you hardly notice you are doing because of the great music. The best thing about OTF is that NO ONE judges you. Instead, they motivate you to keep pushing. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
Solid exercise science- truly get the most for my time and money in just 53 minutes; combo of muscle confusion, HIIT, and solid weight room form. The atmosphere is fun, great music, and the coaches truly care to create a team / community environment. I’m stronger now at 48 than I was in my late teens/ early 20’s when I taught at The Firm!
Removes all the decision making process of what exercises should I do today saving me time. Is always a challenging workout.
