A convenient, clean, well appointed down town facility with talented personal trainers to help folks at all levels of fitness find a program designed for their individual needs! A few years into my post- military life, I needed the accountability and creative ideas to get more fit. I found that and more working with Christian who I would recommend with 5 stars!
Great workout environment. Very clean and safe. Instructors encourage you to work hard while having fun. I came from a size 12 to a size 8 and only lost 8 pounds!! Its all about that muscle baby!
Great gym with much attention to detail. Excellent for any level of fitness!
