Orange Cab

Terrible service I called for a cab in the south end and they wanted to charge me double the fair to come pick me up

Completely dishonest and lack any integrity. The dispatcher and the driver barely speak english and can't understand even something basic like the address. I waited 1.5 hours for them and ended up calling Uber. I'm positive they had no intention of picking me up.

I left something in the cab, and found it impossible to get anyone on the phone to try to recover my lost items. I didn't have much choice on which cab I took since it was from the airport, but I think next time I'll allow someone else to take an Orange cab and wait for some other service. Absolutely poor customer service.
