Pros: Coaches are great and since the workout is led, you push yourself more than just wandering into a gym without a plan. Coaches and front desk staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Cons: Classes fill up quickly - if you don't schedule a week in advance you probably won't get in. If you sign up early and forget to cancel (or cancel too late) you are charged $15 each time. Dues are really expensive! ($160/month). Heart rate monitor never worked correctly for me and since the whole workout is based on your heart rate that was a bummer (this worked fine for my husband. I think it's that I'm thin with low blood pressure).

I have been to many fitness centers and OTF is very unique and I dont think there would be any comparisons between them mostly because of the wide variety of the combinations of exercises and i didn't saw any repetitions till now which makes us to try different things every day. The coaches are really wonderful and friendly and even though it is a group fitness, I feel this as one on one training because of the dedication and commitment of the coaches. The front staff are very wonderful and it still surprises me how can they remember each and every members name and greets when with our name we walk in. You rock !!And last but not the least, OTF really motivates me to go daily and makes me healthier and happier which makes me more active during rest of the day!!

I love OTF! You get your cardio and strength training done in an hour and I always burn at least 400 calories while doing it!

Danielle Adamson-Such a fun and great workout! Natalie is such a great instructor and has positive energy that keeps you working hard! I love that I can see where my heart rate is at all times! It is a great theory and I give Orange Theory and Natalie 5 stars!!

I like watching my heart rate during the workout. I've noticed I push myself harder when I know my goal is to be in the orange zone. I love the amount of enthusiasm in the class; it's a judgement free zone and I feel comfortable no matter which location I'm visiting.
