Sales manager told me I could cancel personal training anytime (for a fee) and that my first payment would be in 3 weeks but I was charged in one week. Member services fixed my issue no hassle. All other staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The facility is top notch!

Called earlier to ask about my lost wallet, I get put on a long hold, call gets disconnected. Then called again later and get told they can’t give info over the phone so I have to go there. I go there after work only to be told they can’t verify anything and that I have to go tomorrow before five. I don’t think I should have to try more than three times to verify if my wallet was lost here. I should be able to call describe my wallet and give my info that’s on wallet for verification to only get a simple yes your wallet is here, nope, we haven’t gotten a wallet found turned in. So they get two starts for customer Service

They play terrible Hispanic trap music at all hours of the day. They let Muslim women sit around as their children use the gym as a play place. Their billing department is inept and won't process payments with bonafide bank accounts. The basketball gym will fill with 60+ Africans at times, causing a terrible ruckus and starting fights, and gym staff does nothing about it. This corporation sucks. Their equipment is well-maintained and their personal trainers are good. Otherwise, stay away. It's like the third world here.

Plenty of working equipment. Even on a busy Saturday morning I was not left waiting for a machine.
I don't use the showers or steam room because they don't seem to get cleaned nearly as often as they should.
I've had interactions with a few different staff members, all of whom were polite and professional.
New seating in the sauna is a plus!
Kid care has been renovated. Susan is nice.
Major frustration: I called to see if I could bring my niece to kid care even though she's not on my account and the front desk assured me it'd be fine to just pay a drop-off rate. Upon signing in though, Susan informed me that this was against policy for safety reasons and I would not be able to drop her off.
The policy itself I totally understand.
My issue was with the misunderstanding or lack of training on this matter at the front desk. I rearranged my whole morning to come at that time and spoke to them in advance to avoid any problems. Not being able to workout was a big disappointment.
This location is not my favorite one but it is the closest. Overall if you're there to work the facilities are good.

I've never stepped into a gym before and all the staff were GREAT! Ask for Jana, one of the trainers, she made my first visit wonderful and inviting! Everyone else were EXCELLENT too!!!
