Dash Fitness Studios

DASH is a really, really great fitness studio. I started working out here about 4 years ago. I was nervous about being extremely overweight and feeling intimidated or that I didn't belong. The instructors and staff were the opposite of what I expected at a small gym. They were welcoming and supportive, and it felt like they were working with me to achieve my fitness goals. I started with modified Obsidian class workouts and ended up losing over 100 pounds after a year. The Obsidian workout is honestly the most effective workout I've ever done. I would recommend it to anybody (any age, any weight, any fitness level, any gender). It will transform your body.

Dash has been my go to gym for over 7 years!! They have the best instructors and classes. When I need to get my rear in gear, I can always count on Dash!

I have been going to Dash for over 2 years now. It's the only gym I have been to that I truly love and look forward to working out. I never thought I would feel like I fit in at a gym but the instructors and members are great. The instructors are really knowledgeable and help me to have correct form, work through injuries and offer nutritional advice. They even have weight loss challenges that are fun and they work! I've lost 40lbs at Dash. I love the classes from Combat to Pump to Obsidian to the Combo classes and their personal training. I love the individual attention and the kick butt classes that are super fun

I joined Dash in October of 2011 and I LOVE it. It was the best decision that I made for myself. I have worked out all of my life doing various activities, water aerobics, tennis, running and yoga. I thought that I was working hard, but I quickly realized after attending the classes at DASH that I really was not working my body hard enough. I knew that I wanted to change my body and to strengthen it. I heard about the obsidian class and thought I would try it. I attended my first OBSIDIAN class one year ago. It is the hardest workout that I have even done. I have been hooked ever since. It is worth the extra cost. I joined the Obsidian Challenge in the fall of 2012 and I lost inches and 12 lbs in 12 weeks. I Love the instructors! They teach with great enthusiasm and they make it fun. They do the workout with you and it helps me to stay focused on my goal. They encourage and motivate in a way that keeps you positive and before you know the hour has gone by. I find myself looking forward to going to gym. I highly recommend DASH to you!

I was worried about being overweight, but Dash Fitness Studios made me feel so good that I hardly ever imagined. I lost weight fast and my body was back in shape in minimum time and effort. Loved everything about them and I am not leaving anytime soon. My body feels great and I feel great. A big Thank You!
