West Valley City Family Fitness Center

I was only there two days performing maintenance on the roof. But I made several trips through in and out of the building with tools and equipment and was impressed with what I saw. If my interaction with front desk and maintenance staff reflect the climate this is a nice facility.

This place doesn't force any of the required rules. People swimming dressed completely and many of them do not take the shower before they go into the pool. They have a lap swimming line but is not useful for it. One time I came to swim and they told me that some kid threw up in the water and they don’t recommend to swim that day. People keep the lines busy just being there and do nothing. I just waist my yearly membership payment. I would not recommend to anyone this place.

Had a great time there to spend it with my son. We went to the play area which was in ok condition. Wish there would have been more staff available in the kids area, as I noticed an older man who didn't look like he had children who was with him. Got very protective and kept a closer eye on my child. Swimming was great!

This is a great facility if you like swimming. The one downside is the locker room was not very secure. It would have gotten five stars for the review if the locker rooms had been more secure. The facility is nice and clean. The classes they offer are excellent. And the pool and swimming area for the kids are just amazing. Plus the kids can play while you swim laps. Lots of lifeguards on duty.

The exercise classes are Awesome!! I especially love the Zumba instructor for both in the studio and in the water. I have never had so much fun working out!!! The pool is wonderful and we love all the activities for our kids to do. We are so glad to be members here with our family pass!
