Holladay Health & Fitness is an awesome place to train. The trainers are very knowledgeable and personable. They give you their undivided attention and provide very personalized training tailored to your fitness level and goals. It is a private and intimate environment where you never have to worry about people crowding you or getting in your way.I recommend Holladay Health & Fitness to people of any age or fitness level who want to get in better shape without having to deal with the globo-gym type environment.
