Orangetheory Fitness West Little Rock

I enjoyed everything about the workout from the atmosphere, the coach, the people...all of it. It was a different experience that I truly enjoyed! With the arm band, it's sort of like you're competing with yourself to do better because you want to stay in a particular color zone!

I love this gym! I had never stuck anything out before until this. It has been a great experience for me.

One of the best fitness studio I have found. Not a fitness person and had difficulty sticking to a fitness routine. OTF makes it very easy to follow. Amazing coaches and staff. Great environment.

The sense of community is amazing! And so many different types of people are brought together for fitness. I enjoying getting to know the other members before the workout. The coaches are so encouraging!
