Planet Fitness - Little Rock

Clean with friendly staff. Never too crowded. Only negative is you can barely hear the music in this place. It is the quietest PF I have been too. I know some must like it that way, but I hate working out in ear buds. I would like to hear the music.

Best staff ever. The Manager is friendly and helpful,. I have been working with the Trainer since September 2022 she's given me monthly training plans. I have successfully completed every month, and have maintained 40 pounds of weight loss thanks crew for helping me almost reach and maintain my goals.

BACK TO ZERO - 2 HOT SHOWERS AND 3-4 COLD ONES AGAIN Hot water on Friday morning, THANK YOU. On reply from owner - you order parts for the shower and the toilet straight from the manufacturer? And, I did speak with the "management". Still a ZERO. Been a member for 1.5 months and only had warm/hot water once in 30+ showers in men's locker room. Now one toilet has been down for a week and the butterfly machine for two-ish weeks. Waiting on parts? Come on Roy Owen III or whoever this unit. Have you seen Ted Lasso? Be an upright gaffer. The little things matter. Fix the showers, and you're a five plus, and I'll happily update my rating and comment. I've tried corporate and no response. I've tried the desk and "waiting on parts". Running 2 or 3 showers for several minutes before using one of them does get it warm enough to step into. But, I don't want to waste your water.

We bought a membership for our daughter while in college She cancelled the membership when she graduated in May however since her membership went til August was told would have to pause the account til then 3 months after august we are still getting charges and even though she no longer lives in her college town would ha e to go to that one to cancel the charge/membership. What horrible practices DONT GO HERE RIP OFF Only wants your money !!!!!!!!

This place is amazing! And just a heads up if your going to tan, please don't underestimate those bulbs or beds! I got 2nd and 3rd degree burns from staying in there only 9 minutes!!! So be careful!!!

What a joke! No hot water! No sign telling you that there is no hot water. Ghetto Girl behind the counter flicks her claws up in the air and says 'we haven't had hot water in a month'. Like that is supposed to be acceptable. Where does the $45 annual maintenance charge go to, in addition to the monthly cost? Only one changing area with this itty-bitty stool to sit on. I will not be back.

The gym is fine and staff is good. My issue is with Corporate and there website. Trying to cancel my membership because I moved there is no way to do it on website nor is there a email address listed to contact this store about my issue.

The hours or operation fit my needs, the staff and members are welcoming and friendly, it’s not so crowded, a safe environment, and the membership fees are affordable.

Customer Service is worst. They charged my bank account twice even I cancelled my membership before. So, I stopped by their store to talk with customer service professionals. What I heard they don't give refund to customer. So, they will keep stealing your money. Customer service professional was very rude and arrogant. From my experience what I realized is that they don't care customer. I wish consumer Financial Protection Bureau would take action against this Company.
