Orchard Club offers one, two and three bedroom apartment homes that feature modern building construction with innovative floor plan design, situated to maximize the breathtaking view of the incomparable Las Vegas sunsets, while featuring a state-of-the-art fitness center, sparkling pool with an expansive sundeck and a resident center for planned activities.

Pet Policy
Pets Welcome! up to 75lbs. $25 pet rent. Pet fee: $200 per pet under 40lbs and $300 for pets 40-75lbs. Breed restrictions apply.

I have lived here for quite awhile. I have never had any problems with management or maintenance. I had a few things that needed the attention of the maintenance department. After letting the office personnel know what was needed..15 minutes later a maintenance worker named Roy was at my door. He told me what he was going to do and completed everything in record time. I was really impressed with his professionalism and courteous personality. Thanks again Roy for being so nice..
Recently applied to Orchard club apartments , it was a verily easy process and Carla was great in assisting with the process. Unfortunately the new management does discriminate due to credit reasons. For an income restricted facility you would think paying 3 months rent up front would somehow outweigh a couple medical credit debts. I dont recommend if you or anyone in your family has medical debt.
My experience so far has been great, went in requiring about a 1bedroom, Jessica , who I believe is their new manage, was so helpful, she answered all my questions and made it easy for me, Jessica was so great in showing me the apartment, it's quite big, and the area is quiet, so if you are looking for a place , please go here. New management is great
I have lived in Sunrise Palms senior section for four months. It "feels safe", other tenants are nice, complex is gated, always clean, maintenance department is always present & the manager is pleasant although COVID has made it hard to interact much. My unit is beautiful, 2 bedrooms with one bath, stack washer /dryer, dishwasher, etc. Best part is that the utility bills are low so far still have summer coming. Only downside us that where I am located. I don't have a private patio area. Mine is along-side the tenant walkway so I also can't keep the blinds open. Otherwise, I am happy!
I live on the senior side and Marie is a great assistant manager she is very helpful and patient with her residents. I enjoy living here because of her.
I would like to say that my move in process was very easy and professional. The property manager Llesenia was very nice and helpful. I have known her for many years and she is still the same outgoing person. I will definitely recommend Sunrise Palms to people that I know. Thank you very much, God bless.
I love living here. Repairs are done in a timely fashion even when the office is closed. The manager is cool and does a great job even tho she's usually very busy The grounds are .well maintained. Corporate is always willing to work with me when the need arrives. I would definitely refer Sunrise Palms to anyone
I have been apartment hunting and fell in love with this place as soon as I got here. This was the 4th apartment complex I looked at and it will be my last. Marco and Selene made the whole experience amazing. Very courteous, and answered all the questions I had. The apartments very nice and clean. They made me feel like family.
I was having such a hard time with my apartment search because every apartment i have gone too made me feel like i was a bother and unwanted. when I came to Orchard club I was greeted by Selene and she was just so warm and welcoming to me. She made me feel like this is my home and walked me through the whole application process. i cant thank her enough and i cant wait to make orchard club Apartments my new home. :
I visited this community 2 days ago. I met a very courteous young lady named Selene. I showed up without an appointment and at that time the office was busy. I had a lot of questions because I didn't know anything about your affordable program. She was very patient and answered all my questions. I loved the community and floor plans but what really make me leave a review today is that although I didn't qualified, she called me back today and said to me that she would still keep my information just in case anything chances. In these hard times it's comforting to see a friendly smiley face and a person with good customer service.
