They worked well w/me till the finish work started. I constantly asked if the finishes were in line. I never got a complete answer. When I was told to use McAdam Floor, for Floor finish, counters and tile. I did this 3 months in advance of install. I used there designer. Every product I would ask if it was in our price range. She said yes. I asked all along where we were on price. We finally got a final price, OHI said we were $40,000 over. I asked to see where we were over and they refused. We ultimately paid. Too early! They still needed to finish items. They did unprofessional finishes and refused to do the last few item! I say they built a nice home but just don’t like to finish. There is lack of communication that will cost you thousands of $$$’s
