You won’t find a company that takes better care of their clients than Oregon Mutual. When something happens, OM steps in and strives to take the stress away. They communicate clearly, outline what is to be expected during the process, and then they over communicate each day to make sure things are in motion. I am more than pleased with our experiences over the last several years. Great company that supports their clients.

I do NOT recommend Oregon Mutual. I had a homeowner's policy with Oregon Mutual for 9+ years, and never had a claim of any kind. None. After getting a quote from a different company, which would save me $110/year, I decided to change companies. So, I notified Oregon Mutual in writing that I wanted to cancel my policy on the effective date of the new policy. Well, an e-mail from the new company reaffirming my purchase of the new policy went astray - so I asked my agent to arrange for the old policy with Oregon Mutual to be reinstated, to prevent me from possibly having a brief lapse in coverage. My agent and I were both astonished, and a little angry, that the underwriter at Oregon Mutual vindictively refused to reinstate a policy which still had 3 months of coverage remaining, because they knew I was leaving Oregon Mutual.
DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS PETTY COMPANY.

I must say being a new client of Oregon Mutual Insurance Company that I am thoroughly impressed with their willingness to go above and beyond to help me out. I spoke with Amy in customer service and she was incredibly helpful in making sure my questions were answered and in helping me change my due date. Also thankful for the Premium Accounting Department in their part for helping me out.

Could not say more about this company. I have had 2 claims in less then a year, first one I hit a deer and damaged my car, second my wife passed away in an accident. All I can say is this insurance company stood behind me. First claim my car was repaired in a timely manner, the second claim where I lost my wife, they stood behind me again. There adjusters are very helpful and extremely kind when talking or emailing them. I have had no problems with them at all, great company and great people.

Tom Anderson is my claim representative. Not only has he been condenscending and disrespectful towards myself, but also my girlfriend on several occasions. The only contact has been email were he falsely accused me of things that never happened. He has not responded to my responses to his communucation, nor has he responded to my email inquiries. He is reprehensible as an employee and representative for this company. I own several businesses and it is people like this that can bury a company. I am thoroughly dis-satisfied with the outcome of my claim thus far, and what I view as unresolved issues with my claim. I work in social media and marketing and at this point will go out of my way to dissuade people from utilizing this insurance company. My opinion will only change if they do what is right and rectify my reasonable grievances. I am still without my vehicle after weeks and weeks.
