They get the job done eventually. If you are in a hurry, this is not your place. They really do things at their own convenience and don't get things right the first time. Customer service is not what this company is about.

Deone Wilson was our agent, and we couldn't have been happier. She was welcoming, personal and crystal clear in her instructions and explanations. She was compassionate toward what we had been through prior to coming to the end of an arduous journey with our bank. She's the best!

We closed yesterday....I think. That was the scheduled date to close. I haven't heard a word. Don't see a deposit. Communication is the same as it has been throughout the transaction.

After two past transactions with Ticor Title, I was hugely disappointed to deal with Fidelity National Title, or at least with the agent assigned to my transaction. Terrible communication and archaic technology: fax machines, no secure online signing, no electronic transfer of funds! They need to get into the present before the future swallows them altogether! Oh, and there were no tags or markers to point out the myriad signatures on the hundreds of pages. "Oh, we're just too busy for that!" She chirped. Well, the whole transaction would have been delayed over the holiday if we had missed any of them. Unacceptable.
The agent was indifferent and almost negligent. Early on, two important emails went to my spam folder, and no one followed up on it for two weeks. In fact, the agent actually didn't believe me! So add insulting to the list.
This agent does not respond to questions, from either me or my banker. Because the closing was likely to be one of the three days before Christmas, and I needed some of the proceeds, I asked for at least an estimate of the date. NO ANSWER, and no apology when we finally met. This is not customer service.

You are their client until something goes wrong, then you are immediately treated as an adversary and they will go to any lengths to not take responsibility for mistakes, even if those mistakes are theirs.
