While visiting Corvallis, it was necessary for my elderly mom to get an affidavit notarized for a closing in my home state. I went to one title company first and was flatly turned away. As a principal broker at home, I was very surprised to be treated that way. Driving to find another notary, I saw the First American sign on a building and decided to see if they would help us. Not only was I greeted promptly by a very friendly group of folks, Wendy immediately offered her assistance and even came outside to the car for my mom's convenience. THIS is the kind of service that I am used to, and First American Title is most definitely on my list of preferred title companies. Thank you again to the kind and helpful folks in your office.
