Oregon Occupational Medicine

I've been working with the staff at Oregon Occupational Medicine regularly for over 2 years. They are always friendly and helpful. It's difficult to balance the workload of scheduled appointments with walk-in demands and the staff at Oregon Occupational Medicine always does their best for their patients. I've worked with many other Occupational Medicine providers around the area and the service at Oregon Occupational Medicine has been some of the best.

I do not understand what people are complaining about. Went in for a hand problem. Nice girl in the front. Nice nurse and doctor. I don't give it a five because it was not beyond good. It was just good. Fine. Nothing bad.

Had an appointment scheduled by phone. We were there for more than an hour passed our appointment time. At the end we couldn't even be seen. They could have told us this from the beginning if they had given us all the info when we got there. We drove an hour to get here for nothing!

Had a 915 appointment. Got here at 845. Had to wait until 10 to go into one of the rooms. Had to wait another 35 mins before seeing anyone. Had to get blood drawn, so waited another hour in the lobby. They charged me 3 separate times a grand total of $320 just for a check-up exam. They don't give an F about your time. Lazy doctors. Bad staff. All representative of Occupational Medicine Group. Stay away at all costs (look at their reviews!!)
