The renting process was quick, easy, and from what I know, reasonable in price. We rented a set of 5 stand-up paddle boards and had a great time with them. Customer service here was great, they showed us everything we needed to know. However it took them around 45 minutes to get the paddle boards loaded, and we had a U-Haul trailer.

I stopped by late on a Sunday for a repair on my inflatable and I couldn't have been happier with the customer service I received.  I was also reminded what a great selection of products they offer in their retail store.
