Pine Mountain Sports

Not only did we get a great deal on some bike rentals, but we got some suggestions on places to eat and go. Hendo helped us with the bike rentals and answered all of our questions, super friendly and knowledgeable. Dan also helped us and was great. Thanks guys!

I dropped by for the shop's publicized group ride, for all skill levels and persuasions on 5.16.18. I've been riding for a good while now but thought it'd be fun to get out and ride with some new folks and a free demo just sweetened the deal that much more! Paco set me up with a Trek Full Stache and dialed it in for my weight and height and gave me some information on the riding characteristics of the rather Monster Truck looking rig. All his information was pretty spot on and didn't really leave me guessing with regards to how the bike would handle. With the loaner bike in hand I headed out to go ride the Phil's trail system with the group of riders including 5 Pine Mountain ambassadors. I'm pleased to report that the all of the ambassadors were super nice, helpful, and went out of their way to check in with everyone during the course of the whole ride to make sure they were having a good time. With the size of the group and the varying experience levels of the riders, we got back to the shop kinda late but Mark was there to receive the demo bikes back from us all and made sure to check in and ask how the ride was and did it all with a easy going attitude. I've been a customer at Pine Mountain Sports since I moved to town 4yrs ago and have had nothing but excellent customer service every time I go in. With that said I have gone into other shops around town, there are so many around that it's hard not to check out what the other places have to offer, and haven't had as positive an experience getting service as I do at Pine Mountain sports! -Rob

My wife and I rented bikes Pine Mountain recently. Great bikes for a fair price, and the staff was awesome. Shout out to Dan who was incredibly accommodating and provided some excellent recommendations for out of towners to have a great time. Will definitely return next time we are in town.

Shout out to Cal for his technician advice and work on my new wheel set for my Pivot 429. Planned to buy online but shop was competitive and being a member help for the discount. He is very knowledgeable in the bike world and made some suggestions without up selling me... a plus as this can be annoying. End result was solid, on time delivery and even a clean bike... anxious to put them to the test. Thanks! Tony

Staff is so nice and knowledgeable. Take time to really talk with you especially on purchases that need fitting or personal preferences. They don't push must expensive but more what works for you.
