Woman was so rude on the phone. I simply asked how much it would cost and she she said $225.00 I asked if they take my insurance and she said she dosent know, how dont you know. I had to hang up on her because she started raising her voice at me.

Going to him for 20 plus years, there is no one better.

Dr. Mallen and staff are fantastic...my back pain is improving daily im so thankful finding this practice!

Receiptionist Brenda is very very rude and disrespectful on phone. I am not going there now because of her.

Expensive, did nothing, "come back for another treatment". A total waste of money. Other than that, very nice chiropractor and receptionist. Good parking, clean, all good except he didn't help in the slightest... "don't worry that adjustment will help" No, it did not. Only a fool with money to burn would go back.

Orient Heights Chiropractor is the best chiropractor office in East Boston. Dr. Mallen is very accountable and dedicated to his trade. He is always very informative during treatment. I am on my 10th month after a really bad car accident. Never been pressured to end treatment.
