Original Tommy's Hamburgers

My husband grew up on Tommy's. We now live in a state that doesn't have a Tommy's. Anytime we come back to visit family it's one of the first places we visit. This is the location we visit. The food has always been consistently delicious. The workers have always been nice. I don't believe they have ever messed up any of our orders. Our favorite- chili cheese fries

The food was Okay. The service was Okay The place wasn't very clean tables and chairs. The floor was dirty. The parking was Okay. Neighborhood is good. The food was the not the greatest. There was no lines to get your food. Easy to find. The price was Okay.

Clean location with quick and friendly service. Came here hungry after swimming and boys said it was the best chili fries they ever had. Everyone got a combo and we heard the fries drop as soon as we completed our order, we all left completely satisfied. Nothing like chili burgers and chili fries to tame some starving teenagers

Great service and great food. I grabbed my food to go through the drive tru. There was a line but it moved quite fast. The person in the speaker taking the order was really helpful and made ordering a breeze which was really appreciated since this was my fist time ordering here. I ordered a cheese burger combo and made my regular fries to chili cheese fries. The food was tasty and delicious. Best chili cheese fries I've eaten.

It's been a long time since my last visit to Tommy's. It was a regular hang out for my friends and I. As I got older I would take family and friends here and they enjoyed it every time. I recently saw a special they were having so I decided I would go visit once again. I went there by myself so I figured I would drive through and take it home. This could have been where I messed up. I had always eaten inside their dining room and it was always hot and fresh. Well, I did get it hot and fresh but my drive home was almost 15 minutes away. Big mistake. By the time I got home the food was no longer hot. My experience was not the same as before. I will have to try them again when I have time to eat in the dining room. One bad thing I do have to mention, is that when I was at the drive-up window, I saw the cook drop some, what looked like buns, onto the floor. She was working fast and a few slipped out of her hands as she was taking them out of the package. That was an accident not a crime, but what I don't understand is that she said something to the guy at the window and he picked up what was dropped and put on the table and not in the trash... UPDATE : So of course I had to come back and try it again. This time I made sure I had the time to eat inside. That definitely did the trick. I walked in and saw there was plenty of room to sit down in a safe spot, I still like to keep a safe distance from groups of people, I checked out the menu and proceeded to order. To lady was very nice and helpful. I got my food in a few minutes and enjoyed every bite. When I was done I ran across someone else who also originally started coming to Tommy's at the original place. We had a good chat.

Drove 25mins for Tommy’s just to find out the dining room is closed. We came in a big truck doesn’t fit in the drive thru. Such a let down. Multiple customers drove away as well.Recommended dishesChili Fries

This Tommy's is always clean and nice but once in awhile I get someone doing the drive thru I can't understand. It would be nice if every time we all can understand them and it's not the speaker box. Parking: Always parking there cause they get your order to you fast. Wheelchair accessibility: Front right next to entrance with no stairs or inclines.

Fries were smothered in chili and cheese and melted just rhe way I like it. So good I did not even want to eat the burger. Clean restaurant, service was fast. Lots of parking and all the fresh ingredients. Has the same taste as the original on Beverly and Rampart, minus the drive by.

Very good feel. Very simple menu, makes it really easy to order. It was the first time I came and it seemed really easy. We got the #1 orders with the chili cheese fries upgrade. It was like 13$ for the whole thing. The ice cream cone was good, the only reason not 5 stars was I just wish there was more flavor in the chili.

I stopped by Original Tommy's in Chino and was pleased to sit in a nice cool spot while trying to escape the blistering 109 degree heat outside. I got a chili cheese burger, dog and and fries. Everything was delicious and piping hot. The space itself was super clean and the staff were friendly and fast. I'll definitely we stopping by when in the area.
