Great local diner with awesome decor! You feel like you’re in classical Greece when you’re here. The host and staff are very friendly! They gave me soup because my dining companion had some on the way. The portions are large and the prices reasonable. The clientele seem like regulars, which is a great sign. Overall I would definitely recommend and will be back soon. Hope this helps!
This is an old school diner that serves a variety of dishes that you can expect to find in a diner. I've tried their wraps and grilled cheese sandwich. I really like their curly fries. The staff here is very nice and they seem to cater to elderly clients.
Diner food from a long-term local hangout. The food was classic and tasted great on a cool Fall evening out. It is set up for a more comfortable, older crowd - but I'm ok with that. Delicious is delicious!
This is seriously the BEST 24 hour diner I’ve ever been!!! HUGE plates with fresh delicious ingredients And it’s not freezing with blasting AC like everywhere else. I got the tuna salad platter and was blown away by its abundant contents.. You must come eat here!
I had a chocolate chip waffle for dinner and frankly, it was gas. Their fries are good and supposedly so is their pasta. I don’t necessarily trust every item on their menu but you are so safe with the breakfast items and pasta, supposedly. The fries are SUPERB!!!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
An excellent choice, especially if you are a group of people with different tastes. You can find kind of everything. Good Preises Big portions 24h open
Disappointed! Careful what you order. Ordered a few times from here usually Gyro, souvlaky platter, eggplant rollatini and was ok. But last two times got problems with order, missing items and the worst recently, ordered a Buffalo burger received literally bread and a tiny overcooked patty, that's all, not even a sauce on it, cheese, a onion? Ridiculous! Called thinking was a mistake, the gentleman tells me plainly that's what it is. Never have I ever order a burguer that is just the plain bread and a favorless patty .
Food is not bad! Price is good but the waitress just took my plate from my back without saying a word but went straight to the other side to laugh with his coworkers!!!! Unbelievable! One star missing for the service!
Overall good experience. We went here on Christmas Day for some breakfast and it's a typical diner atmosphere. The food was good. We ordered a waffle for the table with bananas and whipped cream which was tasty. The service was ok. They topped up regular coffee in a decaf cup without asking and took 5 min to bring a new one. The main reason for 4 stars is that I ordered a combo that comes with coffee and OJ. But when I got the check, I was charged individually for an OJ $5.50. Not a big deal, but the response is what knocked the service and overall stars down. The waitress said I should specify which OJ I want because there are two sizes "combo" size and regular. She continued to say "this time" she'll remove it. Granted, I'd never been there before and the menu nor she absolutely did not say I have to specify the OJ size when I ordered the combo. Anyway, I still thanked them and left my 25%+ because, it's Christmas, and they were nice overall. I'd still go back and count this as a one off situation, but some feedback for the restaurant is to be more clear on these things. Maybe add it to the menu, or have the waiting staff clearly explain.
My grandfather used to go to this place every morning. Classic NYC diner, very tasty, great service. It’s a little pricey, but it’s Manhattan - what else do you expect? Great Egg Cream!
