My experience with Melissa Williams, PA was outstanding. She is a professional through and through. She carefully listened to my medical concerns and took a pro-active approach. She worked efficiently and promptly, knowing I was leaving on a trip the same day. She asked questions to fully understand my condition and came up with a workable treatment plan, thoroughly explaining the medications she was prescribing and how to manage them effectively. I have seen a lot of medical professionals in my life, but Melissa is a cut above, top-notch!
I have always had a great experience with orthoCarolina. They did my hand surgery in 2013 and my surgeon, his team, and my physical therapists went above and beyond for me. I also had a great experience with the spine center. The PA I saw, Caroline, was awesome. I felt at ease and that I was being listened to. It is rare to find a healthcare facility or provider that actually listens to their patients. I felt like I was heard and was also given a plan of action for my issues.
I visited Spine Center after an accident & visiting ER at a different Hospital. The ER Doc did a poor job explaining my condition and future course of action. I got lot of relief and good understanding of my condition after consulting Dr Parikh at Orthocarolina Spine Center. I am so glad that I visited here.
Wonderful care! They were attentive and so kind!! From my nurse to my PA to my X ray tech to the lady who checked me out..everyone was helpful, truly cared about helping me feel better and made the process easy! I’m so thankful for experience when in chronic pain!
Posting in care of P. Harding. The experience with Lawson and staff was good. Yuritza was kind and professional. Dr. Lawson had great bedside manners. I didn’t feel rushed. He spoken to me as to where I couldn’t understand the plans for me and even explained my xray to my daughter. Highly recommend them.
Nothing but quality care from Dr Kwon, Steven Randall, Alanna, and the rest of the staff at OrthoCarolina. I’ve been treated by them for years. I highly recommend if you would like to feel comfortable and well taken care of, not just another patient.
The orthos and nurses are AWESOME.. the bigger african american lady who handles paperwork in the back has a bad attitude and is a nasty person overall. I think she shouldnt work with people. I didnt ask you to apply.
OrthoCarolina Spine Center has taken care of all of my spinal needs over the past two years. Dr. Anthony Kwon is brilliant and so talented! I am grateful for all of his help. His PA Steven Randall is also amazing and has a wonderful bedside manner. He wants to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Both Dr. Kwon and Steven Randall made me feel safe going into 2 surgeries and they took great care of me! Highly recommend!
OrthoCarolina is one of the BEST health facilities on this planet. Emily Keller is one of the BEST PA's on this planet. Very thorough, very knowledgeable, caring, and never makes you feel rushed. She won't let you leave without making sure you understand everything you need to understand so you can go home with all the right things and procedures needed to aid in your recovery. AND, when you do have additional questions or concerns, you get very quick responses to them on the OrthoCarolina Patient Portal. I am not computer savvy, but their Patient Portal is easy to use.
Dr. Alfred A. Rhyne was very straight forward and down to earth I really felt comfortable within his presence and his honesty. You don't find that in too many Doctors nowadays. He definitely gets in my book!
