Always a pleasant experience whenever I go. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Our go to shop for all things fly, dog and apparel related. The products speak for themselves, high quality and great longevity.

I went in trying to find some dress shirts and was confused on what to try on, then Manning came over to help me out after I had asked about trying some. He was able to spot my body type and recommend the best fit for me, with multiple options. Great customer service, will be coming back whenever I’m ready for some more shirts!

I like Orvis clothing and have quite a few pieces. However, in February 2023 my wife wanted a couple of Orvis quilted shirts. I was wearing a felt field hat I bought from Orvis in November. I wanted a waxed cloth field hat and was trying them on. A middle aged clerk intimated that I stole their felt field hat.Thankfully the young clerk who was waiting on my wife saw me wearing my hat when I came into the store. This was embarrassing and insulting. While I understand there are theft problems in retail, this employee clearly needs some training in communicating with customers. Presently, I’m hesitant to shop at this store again.

These guys are amazing. If you have some money to burn they can help you burn that money very easily. None of their equipment is at a lower end both quality end price wise. However, if you walk in there and have a budget they will help you with that budget. You have to be realistic folks were talking about fly fishing. it is so so so much more than a fly rod and reel. What I find really cool is I can just come in and talk to these folks without buying anything. It seems that each of them have their favorite kind of water to fish. Again though what I like is I can just come in and shoot the breeze. I would highly highly recommend this place to anybody was thinking about flyfishing. You won’t regret it

I’ve been to this store several times now and have always gotten excellent help. Victor was awesome in the past in helping choose the right size jacket. Today Manning took great care to get me squared away as I’m new to fly fishing and answer my questions. Seems to have a true desire to help people learn! All nice and extremely helpful staff in this store.

When do the sign ups for spring fly tie classes start ? Hope the in person classes are still available for 2023 and not just the online videos, so much more beneficial to get the opportunity to learn there in person. Thanks for keeping this in store activity for all us beginners ! We appreciate your help

Orvis clothes are top quality. Love their classic style, that endurs year after year. The Staff totally takes care of you. They listen to you, and provide honest yet gentle feedback. You leave not only excites about the clothes, but enjoying the experience.

Manning is the best fisherman/guide/outfitter I have ever worked with. Tell him what you need and he will determine the best rods/flies/gear you need. He takes the time to listen, get to know out, and gets it right every time. I have fished all over and have been in countless fly shops. He is the best!!! Thank you Manning.

Like this store a lot. Tends to feel overpriced, but they carry some great items. Unfortunately their stock is quite limited, but the store is presented nice. The staff feel a bit stuffy and if you walk in wearing just shorts and a T, you're beneath their level of what they consider good clientele and adjust their attitude toward you. Should be a four or 5 five star location, but the staff certainly make it a one.
