Unmatched customer service! Excellent quality items! They have a great guarantee on everything they sell. But your not going to need it because Orvis gear will probably outlast us all. Favorite clothing store want one of everything when I walk in.

One of the best Orvis stores I've been to. I've had a great experience with each employee I've interacted with and they've been great resources for local fly fishing information, gear recommendations, and most recently, helping me ship my rod out for repairs.

I went to get advice for fishing locally for the first time. Friendly, knowledgeable staff spent their time showing me and getting me the right great. I bought a pre-built case of flies for the Chattahoochee and they tossed in two for free.
