Osaka Sushi Bar

Their food is amazing. Especially their shaggy dog roll. But i always get my food to go. Until the other day i actually went and ate there. The service wasn't that great and the booth and tables were super gross. So that is why i give them 3 stars.

I prefer this place over the other sushi options in Prattville. The food is good and priced well. The service was prompt even though the pace was close to full.

Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when I tried to call in my order. The two girls at the front seemed to not be bothered to do their job - didn't listen well and just not pleasant to work with. Sushi was okay.

If I could give it no stars for the service, I would. The workers were rude, snatching the menus from our hands when we ordered. They never once offered to refill any drinks other than one person at our table, and only once. The staff was obstinate, and when two of our party of 9 had left, one of the staff members actually had her butt on the edge of the table where one of them had been sitting, literally one seat away from my daughter. Not only this, but they started rushing us to leave, it felt like. They kept looking at us as if we should have gotten up and left as soon as two of our party did. We were there maybe an hour at the most. The staff didnt want to work on a busy Friday night, the soup was horrendous, salty water, the other foods okay, and after my 1st ever visit to this establishment, none of my family will ever return.
