Honestly, I always love it here. Quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Great food, reasonable price for it. It's never very crowded, never too long of a wait for food or drinks. The staff is great and I've never had any trouble in all my (very many) times of coming to this restaurant. I can't find a bad word about it. Even their saké is pretty good, and I'm usually picky about it. I have plenty more photos, but these are the most recent. I recommend the crunchy shrimp roll. Happy dining!

Fresh Sushi.. Very nice decor. I had the two roll lunch special and it was def worth the money. The presentation was beautifully and artistically done. I will put this. In lunch rotation!

This place is Fantastic! My wife and I moved to Hoover a year ago ago from the west coast and this place is as good or better than fine sushi restaurants in LA, San Francisco or Las Vegas. The chef pays great detail to the quality of rice which most westerners overlook and the fish is shipped from Japan 4-5 times a week. We were simply blown away to find this place in Birmingham. If you want fresh product, great service and attention to detail this is the place for you! Also I have worked in fine dining for 20 years and this is the first time that I have felt compelled to write a review.

Love this place. My husband and I always choose to come here any time we want to have a quiet date. Wonderful food and very friendly staff.
