Nothing But Noodles

We stopped into the Tuscaloosa location to get a quick dinner. The restaurant was fairly clean and very busy. We ordered and sat down to wait on our food. Apparently they forgot about us because we had to go back and ask the status of our order. When we finally got the Pomodoro Pasta with chicken, there was not much chicken and was not very good overall. We also ordered Basil Pesto. It is supposed to have fresh mushrooms and tomatoes. Ours came out with just the cream sauce. No mushrooms or tomatoes. We didn't complain because we were running late. However, the manager came and offered us a free meal on our next visit for the delay and error in our order. The manager was very apologetic and really wanted to make it right and correct their errors. So I guess we will return and try again.

Walked in today to order my usual and asked for a special accomdation. Unfortunately, they didn’t have want I wanted. Carlo, overheard the conversations and came over the cashier to suggest to try something similar- but I’m not much for venturing out. Instead he brought me a large sample of the Rose Sauce pasta that he suggested. After 10 minutes, I found myself finishing the Rose Sauce pasta instead of usually ordered Maranara pasta. You rock Carlo. Best costumer service in town.

Recently I’ve been frequent there because of the tasty noodle. Wonderful place with nice environment and nice staff. Food is way beyond expectations and the price is reasonable.

Friendly service. Nice decor. Large portions for a fair price. Dishes were still very hot after 20 minutes on the ride home. Both dishes were a little under seasoned.

Food is very good. Service is good, too. Just always surprises me how expensive it is.
