Oscar's is a charming, wonderful little gem in the West Village. The owner, Neil, is delightful. His small but efficient staff are wonderful. The food is fantastic--the chef did everything perfectly. There is outdoor seating for great people watching. We were a party of eight and they managed to get everything done really quickly and deliciously. I order the Arundel omelette and it was perfectly cooked and a yummy delight. My friends all loved what they ordered: salmon burger was extremely popular among them. Highly recommend!!!!

Amazing little hole in the wall restaurant. Owner is main waiter and very friendly. Always love to go to this place when ever i am working down on Morton St in NYC. the burger and soup specials are amazing. Next time i am in the city i will be stopping in for lunch.

Found this place out of chance, so glad we did. Excellent food and wonderful staff. Only a small place but we'll worth a visit.
