I can’t say enough good things about Dr Osei-Tutu. She takes the time to listen to what your issue is and she is very knowledgeable. Every issue that I have gone to her with she has successfully treated. Her bedside manner is amazing. I highly recommend her and I wish that I could give her more than 5 stars.

Dr. Osei-tutu is the best doctor anyone could ask for. She cares a great deal about her patients and brings her whole self - as both a human being and a clinician - to her practice. Her staff are courteous and professional, and the office space is beautiful. I genuinely have nothing but good things to say about this practice.

Dr. Osei-Tutu is a 5 star pro. She is patient, compassionate, and informative. She is treating me for adult acne and alopecia, which can be crippling for a woman. But she’s taught me to be brave, and has given me the information I need to feel a sense of agency. She does virtual and in person, which enables me to stay on top of my treatment and progress. Her office team is on top of communication, via Klara. So I can ask questions when I need to, and they always provide a timely response.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this doctor ! I had suffered from a skin connection called Seborrheic Dermatitis for months, all the while I had no idea what it was. My skin was getting very light in the center, dark around the perimeter and I was concerned it was due to increased sun exposure since I had been traveling a lot. I've been to 5 dermatologist prior to Dr Tuti who all gave me different opinions and it was quite frustrating. I was prescribed face washes, some told me there was nothing they could do, another told me to get a chemical peel etc. I finally trusted my gut and scheduled with Dr. Tuti. She was booked for a few days most good providers are but it was worth the wait & worth every penny. She took the time to analyze my skin and told me exactly what it was and how to treat it. Not only that, she let me know that the prescriptions and suggestions by the other providers would have made my conditions worse as some of those ingredients would aggravate my skin. Three months later, my skin tone evened back out I haven't had a flare up and I'm back to feeling the confidence I once had. Her office is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Tuti is now my forever dermatologist! Thank you very much Tuti & staff !

I have nothing but amazing feedback! Dr. O, is literally a life saver. I don’t know what I would have done without her. I struggled with a few bald spots due to auto immune issues and alopecia. My hair has been restored under Dr. O’s treatment. I’m so thankful. Also, the whole team is so professional and responsive. The reception team are young black professional women… I couldn’t have asked for a better practice. And it’s wonderful to see a black business thriving.

Dr. Osei Tutu is a wonderful clinician. Her experience and knowledge of hair loss is top notch. She is kind and compassionate. Her office staff is a pleasure to deal with, very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Osei Tutu!!

Highly recommended for people struggling with stubborn acne scars. The doctor listened to my skin concerns and answered all my questions. The treatment regimen is really helping to fade my scars and to improve my overall skin appearance

I read the reviews and tried to make an appt 3 times but was unable to by phone or online. I left 2 messages but nobody has returned my call back in 3 days. After I called they sent me a text telling me to make an appt online. I then tried making an appt online for about 10, 15 minutes but was unable to. The website kept bringing up directions to location. The website is not the easiest to navigate. I will find another dermatologist.

I really love and respect Dr. Osei-Tutu and her passion for helping women of color restore their confidence. She's very patient, attentive, has excellent bedside manner and doesn't push you into any expensive services in fact, her favorite recommendation is something free: TIME!. However, her front desk staff are unfortunately a poor reflection of her office and the standards she sets. The communication is always extremely poor and sometimes combative, especially from Natasha, if needing to reschedule, running a few mins late, needing questions answered before spending thousands of dollars, etc.. I've not once gotten an apology for any inconveniences or discrepancies and they make it really difficult to reach the doctor unless you're paying over $100 to see her in person and good luck with getting that appointment any time soon. As a person who has been a patient since January, I feel like I deserve a little more respect with regards to my time and sensitivity with regards to my needs. Thus far, the only person I can compliment is Brittany. She seems genuinely nice/helpful. But she is rarely the person that I am communicating with.
