The attorney's assistant seems to be competent enough, time will tell if the attorney himself truly cares about our case and is in our side. The male receptionist is rude and judgemental.

In 2017 We had to file bankruptcy and they handled everything just perfect would use them every time

They don't care about gaining or losing potential clients. I inquired a week ago through the website, got a response almost immediately, & I stated how thankful I was for the quick response. "Nick" asked if we would be available on Saturday the next day for a phone consultation. I responded that we would, and gave both our phone numbers. Never heard back after that. Never got another email or a phone call. A week later, still nothing. Why respond to inquiry & emails quickly, and ask if we would be available, just to ignore us? That is NOT professional at all - & definitely not how you gain or keep potential clients especially those that would pay in full. Just shows how their office is ran, poorly. Don't waste your time, just look elsewhere like we did - you're better off going where they'll actually respond after you give them an answer, where they *stay* in contact, and show how they care for their clients/potential clients. Cause this was not that - they did the opposite of what every other attorney we contacted since ignoring us, has done. Not one single other attorney has tried setting a consult up just to completely ignore us in the middle of it. Red Flag, what else would they do like that? If they can't respond to a simple email - when *they* asked about our availability - that's not a good glimpse into their "client services". It's disappointing that people reach out to you for help, since it's what you "advertise", & you just don't really care to even respond ‍

I just met with Juan and during the entire consultation, I felt 100% comfortable with expressing all of my financial failures as he did not judge me nor criticize me as I've had happen from another lawyer. They are very fair, upfront, honest and willing to work with you as long as you do your part. So forward with my journey with hopes of positive outcomes. I definitely recommend to try them out if looking to file bankruptcy

I was extremely hesitant, nervous and almost scared to file for bankruptcy, but upon my first meeting with Juan...I immediately felt at ease. Every person that I have been in contact with at Oswalt shout outs to: Juan, Alisha, Angelia, Robin, Kaitlin & Derek have been polite, professional and very responsive. I received quick responses and follow up phone calls to my concerns within hours, if not immediately. My first visit was in November 2019 and had I not had to make monthly payments for 7 months this process would have been swift. Once I paid my legal fees reasonable & competitive, my case was filed with the courts within 2 weeks. And for the entire 7 months; I never once felt alone.
