My family took me for the first time tonight. All the tables were dirty so I had to use the moist towelettes to clean the table. Then after about 30 mins of waiting my boneless wings were pretty much all batter and small, crusty and dry. But my wife's boneless tenders were big plump and juicy but mine broke the plastic fork just trying to eat them. All of our fries were burned except for my sons fries that came with his kids meal. Clearly there is someone overlooking the quality control in the kitchen for all of our food to come out different. To say the least my first try at Otters will be my last, the whole experience was extremely disappointing.

We have been eating at Otters for a couple of years now. I called in a takeout order and picked it up about 15 mins later. I love about 3 minutes from the restaurant. Our fries looked and tasted greasy and not very warm. The tenders were good. The wings were super greasy and the coleslaw was warm and the lid would not stay on the container. My stomach has been jacked up today from this "dinner" that we could not finish. I can understand if every restaurant is understaffed, but the CUSTOMER should NOT suffer. Get some training going on again, and make sure your staff puts out food that their own Mom would want to eat. PLEASE!

We have gone here a lot. Never an issue. Now there is an increase in price due to inflation…fine…but getting home and opening our containers to find that the tenders we ordered were the size of nuggets and the fries were tiny pieces???!!! Nope. That’s not ok. Wishing I had taken a picture.

Excellent option for a quick bite.. Came in while my wife was getting glasses next door....ordering and delivery of food to the table was quick and courteous....with some suggestions from Pasang at the counter....not an avid fries eater but theirs were well cooked and crispy, the chicken sandwich was tender and juice....in some other places the chicken has no flavor and tastes kind of 'synthetic' if you know what I mean, but here it was delicious...keep the great job and keep your success in an area with so many options for food and drink

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!! Not only has prices gone up tremendously but they have also added a “temporary inflation fee”. i understand everyone’s struggling from inflation but they are adding a fee without even telling the customer. if menu items have gone up $3+ in the past year why continue to add fees for literally no reason? it’s sneaky and deceitful, genuinely makes me not want to come back. a small sign or inclusion on the menu would help my feelings but they can’t even offer that. save your money!

Nothing special. Chicken was ok. Salty. Mushrooms looked like they chopped them up in smaller pieces to make it look like more, overpriced. Then they add a 10% service fee on top of everything, which is already high. They say it's to offset costs and is temporary. Seattle restaurants have done this and people are encouraged not to eat at those that do. Service was quick, but not many people there. Don't think we'll be back until things improve.

My first experience here was great. Nice clean restaurant and restroom. The staff was super friendly and service was quick. The food was very good and hot when we got it. I had buffalo and lemon pepper wings. The lemon pepper wings were amazing. Best I've had around this part of town. Had half an order of the fried pickles. They were a little soggy. I was a little disappointed in them. The flavor was good but the texture was off for me. Prices are fair. I will be visiting again.

Where do I begin...Should I start with how the the black styrofoam container they put the food in was not only shedding on the bag it was placed in but on my food as well see picture below! Or the fact that the pamphlet reads that EVERYTHING is made to order yet my fries were lukewarm as well as my Texas toast. Although the chicken tenders were freshly fried I have fried better chicken tenders in my own kitchen. I tried one of my daughter's hot wings and please note there is nothing special about them...if your goal is to have hot sauce slathered on some wings than this is your place. The celery and honey mustard was good. Overall I was not impressed, will not return.

The food was good however some of the bigger wings were not done inside.  I did show them and they gave me more wings but still the bigger wings were not done inside so I took them home and cooked in my air fryer.Food: 3/5

First time here and it's an awesome place to eat in substitute of a larger chain like Zaxby's. While the offerings are similar, the food is a lot fresher and much tastier!
