Wow wow wow- can’t even begin to explain how much I love this place and its bowls. Everything blends together so perfectly. The carnitas texture is amazing. Will be back 1000%

2022 update: They now operate out of Might Quinn's kitchen and just moved their reviews here to a different location which is wrong. I got the Taco Bowl here. The flavors are nice & the meat especially is cooked really well & feels fresh. The portion size is decent enough but not too big I'd say for the price.

Awful 1 of two dishes didn’t show up.. the large chips and guac is laughable and the one dish that did show up was freezing.. good luck as a new business… we will not be coming back

I was disappointed when Otto's Tacos closed at the beginning of the pandemic, so I was excited to see that they are now operating out of the Mighty Quinn kitchen in the UES. I ordered the Brussels sprouts bowl with guacamole through their website and walked about 20 blocks each way to pick up. When I got home, I realized there wasn't any guac, so I called and they told me they had run out of guacamole. I pointed out that nobody had communicated this to me and I paid extra for it, so she said that they would refund me and immediately hung up without getting my name or any details. I have not been refunded yet. It really bothered me that they didn't even apologize or acknowledge that this was a mistake on their part. Also, I selected the option for no cutlery because I'm eating at home and trying to avoid plastic, but my bowl came wrapped in plastic with a plastic fork. This is a huge pet peeve of mine. Why ask people if they want cutlery if employees are trained to automatically add them to every order anyway?! The default should be no cutlery and it should only be added if specifically requested. Lastly, the bowl was mostly rice, beans, and sauce with brussels sprouts. It felt way too heavy - there are honestly better veggie taco/bowl options in the city.

Some of the most efficient packaging for to-go orders, including dividers for the multiple tacos I ordered. Carnitas taco was really great, the special fish taco not quite as tasty. Chips a little on the saltier end. Mild salsa is nothing special.

We came here to grab something to eat quick and was awesome! My husband is a chef and he said that was the best shrimp taco in his life! I'm vegan I can tell you that was the most amazing beans and guacamole.

I used to LOVE ottos tacos… but it’s not the same anymore : Even though the mexcicobb salad still mentions “Crumbled Cotija, Masa Crutons”… I got cheddar and no crutons. There was also barely any meat on it. Also, it took over 20min just for a salad to come out and the place was empty only 1 other customer when I ordered. I told them this wasn’t what I ordered and the staff were dismissive and didn’t offer a refund…

I LOVE the brussel sprout bowl. It's one of my favorite, all-time, go-to places for lunch delivery. It's always fast, always delicious! The tacos are expensive, but delicious! LOVE OTTO'S!!!

Really good food. Like, "have ordered from them 3 times in 4 days" good. Today they forgot an item in my pickup order, but the manager was very friendly on the phone and had the missing item delivered to my door before I'd finished eating the rest of my order. Pretty, pretty, pretty good.

I placed an early order at 9:40 am to receive my order at 2:30. The delivery estimate said between 2:30 and 2:40. I called the location at 2:55 to get an update since it hadn't arrived yet. They told me my food has been ready, but they're waiting on one of their deliverers. It's now 3:15 and they have provided me with no additional update nor resolution. By the time my food arrives, it is going to be over an hour old. This establishment is not reliable, provides poor service, and I'm going to assume poor food by the time I get to try it.
