First off, I'm going to say, if there was a 0 stars, that's where my review would be. I have been going to this plan for 2 months now and they have literally managed to mess up all of the things I need as well as my daughter. They send prescriptions to the wrong pharmacies and make me hunt them down ( I would be dead if it was an important medication ) It took me days to be able to collect my medicine since they sent it to the wrong place. My daughter was referred to a specialist for speech and hearing and 2 months later and they didn't even send the referral out ! I was waiting for two months ! And then they finally send it and tell me to call them since it's been 2-3 business days. I called the hearing specialist place and they said they got the wrong referral it was speech instead of hearing. I called the speech place and they said they got an incomplete referral and must get them to send the right one. They are super incompetent and don't get things done. I do not recommend this place and will be leaving. Also , they are charging me over 500$ for lab results and they never called me to give me the results ( which was important for me to know ) I had to call to get the results and found out found out what I had a month later from the receptionist. I could have gone my whole life without knowing the problem and could have gotten worse because they never called me.
