I'm not sure about why the other reviews were negative. I've always had great care here. Of course I tell them exactly to a T what I need and I don't expect them to kiss my ass and treat me like royalty. It's a medical office for God's sake. It's a great medical clinic. Period.

NO PATIENT CARE: After four conversations with the office staff, they still did not make an appointment for a physical, as I asked. They scheduled an appointment but misled me about the type of appointment, billed me for it (which insurance should have covered, if they had scheduled the physical wellness exam I asked for), AND DENIED a prescription refill for necessary medication when I questioned the billing. They have delayed returning phone calls and denied to let me talk to anyone in charge in a timely fashion, to make sure it goes past the payment due deadline. The office manager keeps varying the excuses for why this error happened. At some points she has said that it’s that a new patient can’t have a physical on the first visit, despite my specifically asking that question. But then other times she says it’s because I needed a prescription, again despite the fact that I specifically asked both the receptionist and the doctor if that could be discussed at a physical. So they won’t tell you true information when you ask, and if you question what they bill you for, they deny you service, and they do NOT care about patient care at all, they just want your money and your insurance company’s money too. The receptionist said I could have a physical on the first visit but the office manager said no, it had to be two separate visits because they want to get paid for as many visits as possible. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE - they do NOT care about your health.

This place is a joke. They would rather leave early instead of helping there patients. I'll find somewhere better.

The medical care you receive is excellent, the problem with this clinic is the billing dept and the office manager (Charlene). I paid a bill online on 4-1-13 of $95.16 and when I went to see the dr. on 5-6-13 I was made to pay the bill again or I could not see the dr. Since I needed prescription refills, I paid it thinking I could straighten it out after the appointment. WRONG!!!!! I took printed confirmation of the payment straight out to the clinic after my apt. at apx. 11am on 5-6-13, I left a not along with the printed conf (office mgr had already left that day before 11am). As of today 6-3-13 I have still not received my refund and have no definate info as to when it will or wont happen. Long story short, DO NOT MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT TO THIS CLINIC because they will steal your money. I have tried to leave numerous messages to Dr. Conaway but they do not get delivered to him. I am just out $95.16, so think twice or three times before paying your bill to this clinic.

The woman who takes your blood does not know what she is doing,will not go back there again,if you need lab stay away
