Dr. Nguyen is the best doctor I have ever had. He will stop what he is doing and *listen* to me. I have been seeing him for several years, and he has earned my trust. I actually would regard him as a friend, and I recommend Dr. Nguyen without exception. Thanks Doc!

My mom, who's 80, sees Dr. French and he's been amazing. His staff is also very patient, with her. Anything we've needed, regarding medicine refills or doctor specialist referrals, has been well handled.

December 28, 2016 Typically I don't get involved into reviews, BUT people who value their time need to read this. This is the "second time" this has happened to me at this doctors office. I was scheduled for an appointment at 4:00 pm. Arrived on time, checked in, set in the lobby for a reasonable amount of time and was called back to the smaller patient rooms. Nurse came in, did her inquiries and left. One hour later I'm still setting there waiting on the doctor. No one had the courtesy to open the door and say, "The doctor is running late", or "Are you doing OK?" or any interest in the patient at all. I left the room and advised the ladies at the desk I was leaving. One response was, "I'll tell him". I have gone to this doctor since we moved to OKC. Is it his fault or the fault of the Administrator who is supposed to be over seeing the business operations, or the office manager? Who truly knows, but this time it has cost them this patients business. I would not recommend this office to any of my friends or acquaintances. Doctor, enough is enough!!!

This place is awful. They've treated my mother horribly since she has been with doctor kessinger. Now Dr Kessinger is very nice from what I've heard but her receptionist is very rude and inconsiderate. She either needs to improve the way she treats patients that are truly in unbearable pain or just plain fine another job. It blows my mind how someone in her position can act the way she does. I strongly urge you, if you're considering this doctor, to find a different one. And like I said, it's not the actual doctor but the people (woman at reception) that work for her with the patients. You'd probably enjoy the doctor if you ever make it back to her. Good luck!
