They were all so nice. Very understandable. I will definitely go back. The doctor was very understanding and knowledgeable.

This review is particularly for the office and medical staffs, not the doctor that I scheduled with. The moment I walked in the receptionists didn't bother to say anything to me. Coco, was the one that handle my check in and check out process. She was really rude to me. Instead of asking me how I was doing, she just had this negative characteristics as she looked at me. She said "Name?" At that moment I was a little upset. Then she gave an iPad and just the way she explained where I sign and stuff, I felt like she was looking down upon me for some odd reason. I then became really upset. First of all, I hate going to the doctor and the first thing you have to deal with is talking to a disrespectful receptionist? I almost went home, but I used my PTO so I was like I'm here for my preventive exam, not to deal with this horrible receptionist. Next was the medical assistant, she was okay, but she could've done better in service like give me a warning before sticking an otoscope in my ear. After seeing the doctor, the m.a. that drawn my blood, dropped my vials on the floor, I was like I'm not taking another blood draw. But she assured me it didn't break. Dr. Geohagan was nice, but the one question that she ask me lead it to be an office visit, well technically surgery as they coded it, and not a preventive exam. I honestly don't know what happened. Since I told them numerous times I'm here for a preventive exam. I'm glad I check my statement and called my insurance and explained the situation and had them appealed, after a long period of waiting and appealing, I still had to pay portion of my visit, along with a portion for the lab since they don't have it here.

Super nice staff Gaby is awesome. My kids doctor is one of the best I have ever met.

Melissa is literally a dumb ass, I've called four times trying to make an appointment and got hung up on twice. Every time I call she tells me something different I need to do to make an appointment at their location.
