INTEGRIS Family Care Memorial West

First time ever here and I am completely disappointment with the time spent waiting on seeing a doctor. I scheduled an appointment a month before hand for my two children . One was scheduled for 2:30pm and another at 3pm. We arrived at 2pm and sat in the waiting area until 3pm which means my daughter appointment at 230 pm was completely bypassed I had to ask the receptionist what was the hold up and she indicated that nurse was coming..he came 2 mins later and said that he was waiting for a open room but I personally think he forgot that we were there. anyway he came and got us but was extremely nice and quick with everything.. so was the receptionist. I was upset about the hour waiting period we had to endure because of someone else miscommunication overall their nice ppl but this was completely unacceptable.

Very nice place. The front desk was helpful and quick. Dr. Serena Anderson made me feel comfortable while talking about uncomfortable things. I really feel like she listened to me and what I wanted. The nurse was also very nice and making my appointment for next year was no issue. She also called my previous doctor for me to get my previous medical records. There are several other doctors here, each with various specialties. I highly recommend this place and these doctors.

INTEGRIS Family Care West Memorial is wonderful. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate appointment times and Dr. Serena Anderson and her staff are truly the best.

Very nice doctor.. spent some time going over everything and never felt rushed.
