I've been going to this office for almost 20 years and LOVED it. The PA, Melissa, and her nurse Lauren are amazing! Unfortunately, their billing/payment system is very antiquated and not managed well (no online payment options). Apparently I had an outstanding bill that was turned over to collections. I paid it in full the day I knew about it (a simple phone call is all it takes!). A couple of months later I tried to schedule another appointment and was told they don't accept people who've been turned over to collections. Makes me sad that I'll never go back over one misunderstanding after almost 20 years of no issues whatsoever. I really liked this office but my family and I are moving on.

I have been going to this family care facility for the past 4 years and in that time I have been treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I have had quite embarrassing procedures done here and the Doctors and nurses have been nothing but compassionate and incredibly kind. I could not recommend a doctors office more highly than this one.

Been going to this Doctors office since 2010 First with Dr Faulkner until she started cutting her hours, then with Dr Fisher, never had a bad experience always greeted like family. Sorry Dr Fisher retired we always had such good conversation. He returned to fill in and I happened to see him and since he trained his replacement Dr Socket. I named him as my primary

Not satisfied with the way my son is being treated for ADD. Every other dx he has seems to be more important than his ADD. ADD affects everything. I know...I lived with it myself for 40+ years. I've never been to the Dr. so much in my life. My son and I went about 6 weeks ago, went today, and have to go back in a month. I feel like I'm on trial every time I go. She asked my son 5 times if he was taking steroids because his blood pressure and pulse were high. They have been high every time he's been there. I've gone every 1-3 months in the last year. It's utterly ridiculously. They sent my son a year ago to have an ADD screening but she didn't do anything the guy recommended. This is their guy! They referred me to him! But she didn't take any of his advice!!! So still my son is struggling with ADD and this his senior year. Looking elsewhere.
