Front desk doesn't say hi.doctor Melania marshal is stuck up and hands off. She don't want to break a nail I guess cause she dresses like an escort. Not very bright country inbred types.i wouldn't recommend it. At least get a better doctor.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen! Almost every single time I call at minimum they will put me on hold for 20-30 minutes. Anytime I've left a message I very rarely receive a call back. They are rude and don't seem to care about the patients. The only thing I love about this facility is Dr. Marshall. I don't think she is in charge of who works the front so there for isn't responsible for their poor actions. I've been going here for a few years and finally left because of these issues. I will miss Dr. Marshall very much. I'm also on hold as I write this review with this facility. It's been 23 minutes and NOTHING!! I'm only calling for them to fax over my demographic info to my new PCP.

If you want a doctor that cares about your overall well-being, then go see Dr. Shah. She is the best.

Never a long wait. Really like Dr. Marshall and her staff.

Prepare yourself for lots of times that the doctor is unavailable. Extremely inconvenient.
