We had a terrible experience at this church on my son’s first communion. The priest in more than one opportunity yelled at the parents. The first one was because there was no seats so people was standing at the back, so he asked people to move somewhere else but in a very rude way. Then, a parent took a picture with a flash, exactly when my son was in front of him to get his first communion, he left my son standing and waiting and walked towards the parent asking “who was it, who was it” in a terrible anger way, then he said “I said it distracts me”, and then he went back to the altar to give my son his first communion. I believe nobody could even see the flash, I didn’t even notice it and it was a lot worse the show that the Priest made. All I’ve mentioned is the show, not even talking about the speech not being addressed to the kids and his first communion and what it means. It was a terrible terrible experience to everybody, specially grown ups. I wouldn’t recommend this church to anybody for any sacrament. My other son definitely won’t do his communion or anything at Our Lady of Peace.
I love this parish. Since I became disabled and moved away, I do miss it there. Trying to find my way to a new parish, then Covid hit. Out-of-the-cold was a great program. Stay safe
Very nice Peace and pastor is very friendly.
I may only be an 11 year old kid, but i have been going there all of my life and I loved all of the past priests, a very fun church for kids like me.
Nice church although I only come here for voting... Jesus told me that God dislikes Trudeau and I believe him
A lovely church - very nice priest & friendly congregation. Many events - dinners, coffee on 1st Sunday of the month, bingo night.
