Outback Steakhouse

My fiance and I had an amazing time at this location. We stopped in at 8:48pm on a Sunday 12 minutes till closing. The staff didn't turn us away which was shocking they invited us in. Everyone was so welcoming and polite. Our server ANDREW was the best he didn't rush us He was very patient, he provided excellent customer service. Our food was fresh, hot and on point. This has to be the best location around. Thx Andrew and to the whole outback staff who worked the night of 6/5/22 we appreciate you all. We'll definitely be back soon.

The service was okay but dropped off precipitously as the kitchen continued to drop the ball. Blooming Onion was good but just way to salty. Even though we verified twice that we wanted our salads out before our meal they came after. The steak was tender but if that was 11 ounces then I only weigh 175 pounds. Our server was skittish and had zero skills at upsales. Besides being thoroughly un-busy, he let the bartender bring my girls drink over to her. How hard is it to make a salad?

Should have stayed home for my husdands 40th birthday. This establishment sucked..the cook did nothing right. Food was sent back to try again and still left it on the table. The oil needed changed for the blooming onion tasted burnt. Wheelchair accessibility: It is right outside of the dining in entrance.

The food was really great I enjoy myself had a wonderful time. Great manager Great Food Service Great waitress I definitely will be back soon

Although the steak and the blooming onion is good the rest of the menu is not as good. I went there for a late night dessert with my girlfriend and they were out of stock so we got a second choice item and it was marginal at best and I ended up paying $10 for dessert that was worth probably $2.50 at most. I wouldn’t waste your time here as there are many other great sit down bakeries and local restaurants around Columbus. Look elsewhere and so you can enjoy the diversity. Come here for the stake but stay away from the desserts.

The steak was just perfect for me and very delicious! The waitress was very kind and she was a pro! Had a wonderful time!

Fantastic takeout experience on evening of 12/5/22, and I'm hard to impress. The order was prepared perfectly, nothing felt "skimped on", nothing left out of the order. In addition, all the steaks were cooked PERFECTLY to medium. The order was brought out to my car promptly a few minutes after I pulled in. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend.

We have been to Australia, and Outback isn't very close to the food there but that doesn't mean that it's bad... The wings are actually good, like everything else in the US, smaller portion ar a thing now. We didn't get 12 wings, only 9. But we're still quite tasty. The wife ordered the Alice Springs chicken, always a go to for her. I tried the Blooming chicken sandwich. They make their own pickles, but weren't pickled enough for me. The wife's chopped salad was very good. Mel was our server and she did well. We sat in the bar area, there was a strange drainage smell that was pretty bad. The food was good. The service was good The atmosphere could have been better.

NOT RECOMMEND. I went this restaurant for dinner a couple of days ago. No bread. Only one waitress, who was chatting with another customer. When I asked her to refill my coke, she completely ignored us and continued her conversation. I waited for around 20 min before she finally finished her conversation and help us for the check out. In addition, there were only 5 or 6 customers at the time so the restaurant was not busy at all. I wanted to have the steak cooked medium but it was like rare with whole inside pink. Based on my experience, if you really want to eat in Outback, please go to another one. I am not sure about other Outback around Columbus but this one should be the worst.

I love outback but this location is so so. Sometimes it's great and other times it's unacceptable. My experience at outback tonight was close to unacceptable for carryout. I ordered food for curbside carry out on the web. I arrived at the appointed time & after waiting 15 minutes in the curbside area I went inside to check on my order. I ended up having to retrieve my own food from the carry out area as no one came to greet me at the carry out area inside after a long time waiting.
