Outpatient Care Upper Arlington

Not really sure what to say since I tried to walk-in but was handed a business card and basically put out. Called the number on hold for 30 plus minutes with no answer. Regular illness ie: sinus infection, laryngitis, strep throat, regular cold stuff can't be treated immediately. Best thing is to say yes I need tested for COVID-19 I guess but I haven't been around anyone and I have a little bit of my voice left. I assume it'll last for 1½ days before I'm whispering or not able to speak. I pray for whoever else is sick we can't get help.

The khiaus never works to check. This is the only office it dosen't work wright. If that gets fixed it be a 5 out of a 5.

Called as a new patient to make an appointment with a GP who was "accepting new patients." Earliest they could get me in was four months hence. Fair enough. Fast forward two months and they call to cancel my original appointment. They offer me the next available appointment, which is over five months away. I know I'm naive but that seems especially preposterous to me. Maybe one day I'll get the privilege of being treated here. Edit: After seven months was finally seen here, everyone was friendly and professional.

Walk in clinic is a trick. I walked in to find out it's a walk in with appointment. What kind of jargon is that? Luckily they had an appointment only 5 hours later. Finding a new primary. This is nonsense.

I had a good experience at this location. I arrived at 7:35 AM for a fasting blood-draw. Main registration was quick and easy. Blood-draw went smoothly. Everyone was pleasant. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Parking was conveniently close.

I went to this location about a month ago for the first time, staff was friendly. I also learned this location has a lab which I will be utalizing more often since I recently learned the location I usually go to currently has restrictions do to being under construction. Overall a nice place and I’m glad my first experience was a positive one.

Nice facility with helpful and friendly staff. Patient care is awesome. Parking is usually not a problem and you don't have to walk for block like on campus. Very happy with my decision to choose this facility for health care.

This facility was fast and friendly. There were a lot of people in there this day and they had given me an appointment time when I checked in downstairs and they came pretty close to getting me in at that time. Cara, the Physician Assistant, was friendly and caring and diagnosed my problem and called in a prescription to my pharmacy so I could relieve the pain I was in. I will definitly use this location again!

We have to drive almost 2hrs for an appointment and they want to call and cancel 20mins before the scheduled time. What a waste of gas and time do not recommended
