Overtime Bar and Grill

I so badly want to write a higher review for this place but if I could I'd give the server a 5 star review and the management a 1. Me and a friend went here on St Patrick's day and it was pretty busy,(to be expected) what blew my mind we're the amount of servers that the establishment had working and giving full table service, the poor servers and bartenders were stretched so thin I felt terrible for them, you could see frustrated tables of people trying to pay bills or wait for their drinks or food, and seeing the girls running circles like crazy trying to keep up. This place suffers from poor management and under staffing. The servers and the bartenders seemed so fed up with being stretched so thin. Also, my friend ordered a Guinness and had a plastic wrapper show up in her drink that the bartender didn't notice. Again, I give a 5 star rating to my server as the poor girl was doing her best but stretched way too thin, and my low rating reflects the management and the higher ups.

My shrimp Alfredo is amazing but the guy I was sitting with had a chicken parmesan with spaghetti and he said his spaghetti was pretty gross aside from that service was okay Timely would definitely recommend what I had

I love this place. Its cozy and the staff are great and their service as well. The food is mostly from scratch and so tasty!! They're known for their great huge delicious burgers !!
