I love living here at Overton Rise! The property has improved from the previous years from Food Truck Wednesday’s to taking care of my maintenance requests in a timely manner. You can tell the staff really care about the property and the residents especially when it comes to my renewals! Definitely recommend!
Good place & location. I had good time during my 6 months stay. But a bit expensive and building alarm went off 4 times, including 1 in 3 in the morning.
Moved in in May, AC broke in May and wasn’t properly fixed until August. Sink hose caused a leak, maintenance came and fixed it, then maintenance came again a month later and “fixed” the same closed maintenance request. Fire alarms go off in the middle of the night. Gate breaks often.
