The building I live in has had a rat infestation for over 3 months. After pleading with the rental office and even emailing corporate; nothing has been done to fix the problem. Don't have high expectations from this company of you rent at one of their properties. Slumlord is an understatement!
3.7 rating? that can’t possibly be accurate. Im sure it’s faked by employees, which is shocking because even the employees hate this company.
Living in one or their apartments Ashford 75 has been one of the worst experience I have ever had. Parking is terrible, management is rude and unreceptive, the building is old and falling apart, nothing gets fixed right. Roaches and insects.
