I can’t say enough great things about Ozzy’s. From beginning to end I had a 5 star experience. Although there was initially a wait for them to take my car after the accident, Ozzy called me to let me know there was a cancellation and he could fit me in a month early. Elliana in the office was amazing to work with, she took her time explaining everything to me and listening to my concerns about the damage to my car. The week that my car was at their shop I was very impressed with their communication. I got my car back today and I am beyond happy with the way my car came out! After trying to get my wife's Honda Civic fixed from a crash I was getting an incredible run around from a nearby autobody shop that I have used before. Finally I called my claims adjuster for another shop in network and he recommended Ozzy's Collision Center and I called Ozzy and told him what I'd been going through and he told me to bring my car in at once and he would get me an estimate asap and get my car in for repairs. Ozzy was incredibly concerned and I really think he jumped through hoops to get me taken care of so I went with his shop and they were amazing! This is a very hard working family owned business and Ozzy is fantastic to work with. He got our car repaired and it turned out perfect. It takes a lot for me to feel compelled to write a review.. but Ozzy's totally knocked it out of the park. I can't get over how friendly, professional, and informative everyone there was. Ozzy is actually the owner and it seems like he handles a lot of the communications. It gives it such a personal feel and like your vehicle is a priority. Even when I first pulled up & couldn't find the place I stopped to ask someone. It turned out to be Ozzy- he had his truck parked over part of the driveway that someone had complained about nails from the construction next door. The ladies who work in the office are so helpful & knowledgeable too. The work they did on my vehicle was much quicker than they had originally estimated. They returned my car basically detailed on the inside?? And filled up my windshield wiper fluid. Seriously I can't say enough, what a great shop. After being rear ended in downtown Denver, I knew where to take my car because Ozzy did great work after a shopping cart smashed into me in 2020. Both times, I picked up my car in far better shape then I left it, including a mini detail clean of the inside! Can’t recommend them enough if your in need of some auto body repairs!

Great shop! Had an accident and was recommended ozzys by the insurance. They did a wonderful job with the repairs, and had it done ahead of schedule! The owner of the shop even personally reached out to me to keep me informed on its status which was a level of customer service i didnt expect, since insurance was covering costs, but highly apperciated! Waited a month just to find out these guys aren't even smart enough to check their emails or actually put people on the books. Ya actually I called my insurance before making the review and they did in fact confirm they sent it to the correct shop for one and for two I did in fact give your secretary my full name also if she couldn't spell it she could've asked
