Strange company to me.. one staff member ...not to sharp over fone to begin with ??? also as cheering as a dark alley n to top it off... rude !! just hangs up on you just like that... just lovely... !!

The agents are very rude... I called to get my grandmother a quote to switch her insurance policy, the agent I spoke to stated she gets off at 3pm and would call me back with a quote.. I called back at 3:15 and spoke to another agent and asked the her company worker gone for the day. She said yes. I responded by saying omg that’s rude she never called me back. The now new agent calls the agent who was previously helping forgot to push the mute button And stated mocking me and referred to me as “this lady on the phone” Very Very Very unprofessional. When the agent returned to the phone. I informed her I heard her mocking and I was going to report her to her manager and she said “That’s fine I said what you said” please keep in mind I went through them to insure my car.. But I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

This agency was very convenient in my neighborhood. For what i needed was a notary and they had one. But if u need other services regarding car issues go there. They're there to help. Clean and the staff is nice.

Very rude!! The owner put me on hold to answer his wife call. I heard the hold conversation which wasn't important. He then got on the phone and told me I wasn't important. He said it could have been an emergency but I listen to the whole conversation because with his unprofessional conduct he didn't put the call on hold. I wouldn't recommend this business to the worst person on earth. When your spending your money which keeps his business afloat you should at least get good costumer service at the very least

I had to get something notarized and I had to get things fax. We was in and out. The ladies that was working was very nice and knew what they was doing. Thank you.

When I went to Pa Auto Insurance they were wonderful. Outstanding customer service and very helpful. Fatiha was awesome and very knowledgeable with finding me the right insurance company that was suitable for me.

The staff there is excellent! I enjoy laughing and havin a good time with them. My man Warren is always hookin me up. I see why he's in the back by the restroom lol
