Had them since I got my house. Switch my car over and have been pretty happy. Any time I have a question about something they seem to be happy to help. Also had a lower price then other insurance companies with more coverage.

Great agents and service

Just found out they won't pay for tree that fell on my car. 1400 hundred dollars. Paid for years no claims then when you need them you get nothing. Bad insurance agent. Definitely getting away from them. You guys are a joke.

Friendly and helpful

I dealt with this agent via telephone. They answer your call promptly and take the time to explain your policy. They also follow with mailing the information. They are very polite and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Highly recommend using this office Steve Troy saved me hundreds on my auto insurance and the savings got bigger when I bundled my home with it
